Second City

Any pointers about where I should put my second city?
On the one hand, building close makes transport quick.
On the other hand, it also means my two cities compete for nearby resources (wild mines, mermen and devils
, farm cities).
I could also drop a city over by sjkcm, build it up, and then use it to stomp the shit out of him for attacking Frosty.
What do you recommend?

Frosty is like 17 hours from my city, so it does have its drawbacks...

Ah well, that spoils that plan then 
Ill probaly go build it about 2-3 clics away from the main city, then its not too far, but far enough to get close to other resources in that area where you couldnt get before with ease, maybe that would work
